How To Build Relevant Links Using Arkayne
All bloggers know the value of link building. Just Google the term “link building” and you’ll get thousands of pages of “Link Building Tips”, “101 Link Building Techniques”, “Link Building Strategy”, “Link Building Guide”, and “Affordable SEO Link Building”. Of all these techniques, the valid have three things in common:

- Link building is about growing your audience.
- Link building is about helping your audience.
- Link building done right is time intensive.
The catch is that fundamentals 2 & 3 are inversely proportional. In general, the faster you build hundreds or thousands of links, the lower the barrier to entry and the lower the quality. The three link building fundamentals do not apply equally to all link building goals and philosophies. On the one hand, if the intent is purely search engine optimization (SEO), then things like page rank (PR) become more relevant. This approach is more of a PR building strategy, links are just a necessary evil. On the other hand, true link building campaign is about improving reader experience, building a community of expertise, and becoming an authority. All the things bloggers already do on FaceBook and Twitter but instead of friending or tweeting, building a relevant blog link.
Relevant link building, because its much more powerful long term, is what bloggers have in mind when they start creating content for the blogosphere. The catch is that link building done right is time intensive. Just like Twitter and FaceBook a personal connection needs to be made. Introductions via email, comments, social events, or mutual friends can all yield solid link building opportunities. Unfortunately there are only 8 hours in a day and the blogosphere is a big place. Taking the time to really connect with all the blogs, websites, forums, and social networks out there is becoming nearly impossible. Things are changing as new technology allows us to put more filters in place to ensure bloggers can connect audiences easily without sacrificing quality.
In an Arkayne powered blogosphere, bloggers connect with a single click of the mouse to trusted sources while Arkayne does the heavy lifting of making sure the content is relevant. Using a the Recommend model, anyone using the Arkayne Plugin can link to any other blogger using the Arkayne Plugin. I have been using Arkayne for a few months now on about 3 of my WP blogs and am more than satisfied with the results:* LOTS of people have added my blogs and are recommending my content. Even people I do not know.* The recommendation engine makes it easy for people to find related posts. This is a huge plus as I hadn't been doing this before.* The Arkayne team (Especially Adam) really helped me with the setup and configuration. Anyways, just wanted to say I'm a satisfied user!Chris
